Member Night – Conservation

A special after-hours event, just for Virginia Zoo Members!

This year Members are invited to join us for a three night series featuring the Virginia Zoo’s 3 C’s of Conservation: Care, Connection & Community!

We are wrapping up this year’s Member Night Series with a focus on COMMUNITY! At this event you will learn all about conservation projects at the Zoo and beyond, how to engage in conservation in your backyard, and how YOU can contribute to become a wildlife protector too!

Activities:

• Special Conservation Guests: the Turtle Survival Alliance and Action for Cheetahs
• 5 – 5:45pm: Ambassador Animal Greeters in the Fountain Plaza
• 5:30pm & 6:30pm: ZooLive! Stage Shows
• Bounce Hoppers bounce houses (free) in the Event Field
• DJ in the Event Field
• Yard Games in the Event Field
• Free Train Rides (weather permitting)
• Special discount in the Gift Shop (Member 10% discount PLUS $10 off qualifying purchases)
• More activities coming soon!

Food and Drinks (extra cost):

• African Village Restaurant
• Free Wine Samples from Waters Edge Winery near the Event Pavilion (21+ only. Full pours available for an extra cost.)
• Food Trucks:
  • Sun’s Yum’s Korean Cuisine
  • Munchies and Such
  • Stuuff Cakes

Gates will open at 5 PM. Event ends at 8 PM. The Virginia Zoo is an outdoor venue, and events will happen rain or shine unless otherwise indicated. If any changes are made, an announcement will be issued via email to our members/ticket holders and on the Virginia Zoo’s social media channels.
