Monthly social media and email promo requests are due no later than the 15th of the month prior to the month you’d like promotions to take place. For example, promotion requests for the month of February are due by January 15th.

The Communications Department will do our best to fulfill all content by the requested dates but may have to discuss rescheduling to ensure effective social media practices.
