Promote your organization at one of the Virginia Zoo’s most popular events – ZooBoo! Booth spaces are for information and community outreach purposes. Vendor may provide own their own non-edible give aways (pre-approved by the Virginia Zoo) for promotion. Vendors are encouraged to not hand out any printed materials. QR codes posted at your station are preferred.  Vendors are not permitted to sell merchandise or take donations on behalf of their organization during the event.  A list of staff names will need to be provided ahead of time.


Vendor space is limited. Submit your application now to be eligible for a spot. After submitting your application, you will be contacted by staff at the Virginia Zoo. Once accepted, you will receive a link for submitting payment and signing the Vendor Agreement.  

Booth Pricing:  $300 for one day, or $500 for both. Price includes candy to be provided by the Virginia Zoo. Non-profit organizations can qualify for a discount.

ZooBoo 2023 is scheduled for Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22. Please note, no refunds will be given for those vendors who cannot participate. Vendor check-in will begin at 7:30 AM.  All tables must be set up before gates open at 9:00 AM.

Notes: Vendors are advised to bring wagons or hand carts to transport items from parking area to tables. Vendors are responsible for decorating their displays and are encouraged to wear costumes.  Vendors must have staff their station at all times.  Event ends each day at 5 PM. Breakdown cannot begin until 5 PM.
