Thanks for taking the time to fill out the below form to the best of your ability. We will try very hard to meet your job deadline, but allow at least 2 weeks for all standard jobs & 1 month for large-scale projects. Questions can be emailed to the Director of Communications at [email protected]

Once we receive your request, we will follow up and set up a launch meeting with you if necessary. If you have examples of what you’d like the project to look like, attachments, or other files pertinent to the project, please upload them using this form.

Important things to note:

This form is for any projects needed from the Communications Department in regards to creation of content. For example:

Standard Jobs:
-Digital graphic creation (Zoodoption updates, social media graphics, email graphics, etc)
-Flyers (8.5″ x 11″)
-Posters (11″x17″)
-Temporary signage (event signage, notices, animal temporarily off exhibit, etc.)
-Website Updates

Large-Scale Projects:
-Banners
-Photography Sessions
-Videography Sessions & Promo videos
-Permanent Signage (animal exhibit signs, safety signs, wayfinding/directional, etc)
-Permanent Signage Removal (we will coordinate with the Facilities Dept.)
-Mailers
-Blog Post
