Membership Swap: Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art

Virginia Zoo members might already know that all Virginia residents receive free, daily admission but for Zoo members now though the end of May can receive:

Purchase Bonus: Buy a one-year Virginia MOCA membership of any level and receive a complimentary dual membership to the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (VMFA) in Richmond. Simply show your Virginia Zoo membership card at the Virginia MOCA admissions desk or contact the Development Department at development@virginiamoca.org or 757-425-0000 ext. 324.

Gift Shop Discount: Enjoy a 10% member discount on purchases at Thank You Gallery, an independent gift shop and gallery located within Virginia MOCA (excluding artwork).

Program & Event Access: Early registration and discounts for select programs and events.

Reciprocal Museum Benefits: Members who join at the Associate Level ($125) or above receive reciprocal benefits to over 1,000 museums across North America for 14 months.

Virginia MOCA Members visiting the Virginia Zoo:

Virginia MOCA members will enjoy free admission when they visit the Virginia Zoo from April 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025. Not valid for special events and education programs.

MOCA members will also have 10% discounts in the Gift Shop and food service locations.
