Gift cards can be used in the Zoo’s Membership Office, Gift Shop, Restaurant and now, at the Zoo Train. They can also be used for Education Programs, Behind-the-Scenes tours, Zoodoptions and much more!

Physical Gift Cards can be purchased in person at the Zoo in the Gift Shop or Membership Office during business hours or on the Virginia Zoo website here.

PLEASE NOTE:

Gift cards CANNOT be used for General Admission online or at the Ticket Booth. If redeeming a gift card at the Zoo’s Membership Office, please notify the Ticket Booth attendant upon arrival at the Zoo.

All sales final, no refunds on gift cards.
