ZooGrooves: Pop Punk Edition

Dear Zoo Fans, we’re counting you in for ZooGrooves: Pop Punk Edition! 🤘  

📞 Call your friends (and your mom 🤭) to remind them that it’s not just a phase, it’s a lifestyle 😎. At this all-ages event you can break out your checkered slip-on kicks, studded belt, skinny jeans and black eyeliner to Dance! Dance! to your favorite tracks 🎶. Whether you’re more of a screamo screech owl 🦉, a goth sloth, or a punk skunk 🦨, we’ll be taking you back to the early 2000s for hands down the best day you can ever remember. It’s time to give a shout out to all of our favorite bands by showing them after all this time we’re still into you! 

Don’t Panic! – tickets are still available here! 🎟 Event takes place rain or shine.  

EVENT RULES: 

• No moshing  

• No crowd surfing  
• No smoking or vaping 

**Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, etc. to enjoy the live music. Seating will not be provided.

• 5pm – 7:30pm: Full Zoo access and Goat Yard open
• 6:15pm: ZooLive! Stage Show with Tony (the) Hawk

Please note, prices will increase as the event date nears, so don’t wait — early birds get the best deal!

Day of Ticket Prices

🤘 Member Adult (18+): $13

🤘 Member Child (2-17): $13

🤘 Non-Member Adult (12+): $23

🤘 Non-Member Child (2-11): $18

🤘 Children under 2 are free but require a ticket reservation.

Event Reminders

• Limited number of tickets available. Advance ticket sales end when sold out (get yours early!). If tickets remain on the day of the event, gate sales may be limited to credit card transactions only.
• Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final. Should a ticket holder be unable to attend the event, the purchase will be considered a donation.
• As an outdoor venue, events are rain or shine unless otherwise indicated. If any changes are made, an announcement via an email to our members and/or ticket holders and on the Virginia Zoo social media channels will be issued prior the event.
• The Zoo is a smoke-free facility; no smoking is allowed inside the Zoo. This also includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Inability to follow this rule will result in dismissal from Zoo grounds without a refund.
• By purchasing an event ticket, you agree to abide by the Virginia Zoo’s Rules & Policies.
