To celebrate World Giraffe Day, a member of the Zoo’s Mission Engagement Team will be station at the giraffe overlook equipped with biofacts, color sheets, and an engaging giraffe spotter activity. For a long time, scientists only named giraffes under one species. We now know of 9 subspecies of giraffe under 4 different groups. Can you tell the difference between their spots?
