Beat those back-to-school blues by bringing your little one to the Zoo for a check-up on their favorite stuffed animal, sponsored by TowneBank!

Our educators, volunteers, and community partners will help reduce anxieties kids often associate with visiting the doctor’s office by teaching about the importance of regular medical care (in both humans and animals) while letting kids express themselves through play.

  • 9:30am – 12:30pm: Full Zoo access
  • 9:30am & 10:30am: Animal Care Chats at ZooLive! Stage
  • 11:30am: Animal Ambassador check up at the Animal Wellness Campus
  • 10am & 12pm: Diet Kitchen Chats at Animal Wellness Campus
  • Teddy Bear Check-up Stations in Event Pavilion
