Join us on November 15th for Homeschool Day at the Virginia Zoo! From 10am-2pm, we will bring learning to life with animal chats and encounters throughout the Zoo.

This event is included with admission and does not require special registration. Please present notice to staff at ticket booth or tell them of exemption at time of purchase.

What you can expect to experience at Homeschool Day:

· Animal Encounters at various times throughout the day. These encounters will feature our animal ambassadors and occur in different areas around the Zoo.

· Chats at various times throughout the day led by Virginia Zoo staff and volunteers. These chats will take place at different habitats throughout the Zoo as posted.

· The schedule will be posted on a board at the front of the Zoo the day of the event.
