Emery is on exhibit!

Making his exhibit debut today along side mom, Zola, Emery thoroughly enjoyed exploring his new outdoor home!

  

Currently the lions are rotating days they are on exhibit. Some days Mramba will be out, while others Zola and Emery are out. Emery is exploring the new outdoor habitat at his own pace. To make him comfortable in his new environment, he has the choice to stay behind the scenes or go out on exhibit.

 

Introductions between Mramba and the cub will happen behind the scenes. Once Zoo Keepers observe proper interactions between Emery and his dad, the whole family will start to receive access to the exhibit. This will continue to be weather-dependent for Emery, since he is still a growing cub.
