It’s time to rock and roar with the Virginia Zoo! This outdoor concert event presents a night of music, food, friends, and family.

🎸 Featuring: 🎸

♫ The Michael Clark Band: The Michael Clark Band has been a staple of the Hampton Roads music scene for over 30 years. The band plays a variety of styles including Blues, Motown, Disco, Funk, Pop, Classic Rock, and much more.

♫ The Mosaic Steel Drum Orchestra: Mosaic Steel Orchestra creates musical images and fulfilling experiences by assembling a diverse membership, performing a wide range of musical styles, and exposing members to several platforms of steel band performance.

  • Animal Ambassador Greeters until 6:15pm
  • All exhibit trails open until 6:30pm
  • Yard games and open field space available for play
  • Bounce houses, provided by Bounce Hoppers (for an additional cost)
  • Lawn chairs and blankets encouraged
  • Food trucks: Prime 757 and Cast Iron Grill
  • Musical Instrument ‘Petting Zoo’ with our community partners including School of Rock, Academy of Music, and Bay Youth Orchestras of Virginia

  • Members (adult and child): $7
  • Non-Member Adult (12+): $17
  • Non-Member Child (2-11): $12
