A special after-hours event, just for Virginia Zoo Members!

This year Members are invited to join us for a three night series featuring the Virginia Zoo’s 3 C’s of Conservation: Care, Connection & Community!

At Tango’s Birthday Party we will be celebrating our favorite fuzzy orange mascot, Tango, by highlighting how and why the Zoo helps build CONNECTIONS between our members and animals!

Activities:

  • 5pm – 5:45pm: Animal Ambassador Greeters in the Fountain Plaza
  • ZooLive! Stage Shows at 5:30pm & 6:30pm
  • Mingle with some of Tango’s mascot friends from organizations through Hampton Roads!
  • Bounce Hoppers (free) in the Event Field
  • DJ in the Event Field
  • Yard Games in the Event Field
  • Free Train Rides
  • Norfolk Public Library
  • Animal Enrichment (Schedule coming soon!)
  • Special discount in the Gift Shop (Member 10% discount PLUS $10 off qualifying purchases)

Food and Drinks (extra cost):

Gates will open at 5 PM. Event ends at 8 PM. Event is rain or shine.
