The Hermitage Museum & Gardens and the Virginia Zoo are swapping members during the month of August!

Zoo Members Visiting the Hermitage Museum & Gardens:

  • Complimentary admission to Sunsets on the River, an outdoor concert series, on Thursday, August 17th. Zoo members are asked to present their active Zoo membership card upon check-in.
  • 10% Member discount on purchases from The Vault, the Hermitage gift shop.
  • Purchase a one-year Hermitage Museum membership of any level and receive two additional complimentary months of membership (14 months of membership!) Simply stop by the Hermitage admissions desk to show your Zoo membership card or contact the Hermitage Development Department at 757.901.4082 to purchase your membership.
  • The opportunity to view the special exhibition, Echoes of the Heart, on view through October 8th.

Hermitage Museum & Gardens Members visiting the Zoo:

  • Members of Hermitage Museum & Gardens will enjoy free admission when they visit the Virginia Zoo during the month of August. This includes admission to the Teddy Bear Clinic on Saturday, August 12. Not valid for education programs.
  • Hermitage Museum & Gardens members will also have 10% discounts in the gift shop and food service locations.
  • Hermitage Museum & Gardens members who join the Virginia Zoo during the month of August can take advantage of two extra months free on a Virginia Zoo membership.
