If you’re looking for a way to get involved as a volunteer that’s a little more flexible than our other programs, consider joining our mailing list for Episodic Volunteers! These volunteers help pitch in during special projects and events that the Zoo participates in both on and off-site within the greater Hampton Roads community. Episodic Volunteers are contacted with opportunities like major Zoo events, litter cleanups, restoration projects, and community science initiatives out in our community.
