Join us for a YMCA fitness class at the Zoo!

Free for YMCA and Zoo Members (advance reservations required) and included in General Admission for non-members. Select Wednesdays at 10:30 am in the Zoo’s Event Field. All classes are ages 8+ and children must be accompanied by an adult. Please come with your own water.

High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) is a training concept that revolves around alternating short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. In this class, take on strength training and improve overall cardiovascular fitness. All exercises can be modified to fit your fitness level. HIIT workouts will also focus on the core, improving posture and overall stability.
