The Zoo’s nature play program, Running Wild, is back! With the goal of exploring the outdoors and getting a little dirty, play in natural spaces has been shown to improve physical health, support mental and emotional wellbeing, and promote life-long conservation values. Each month features a new theme and different activities. This program is recommended for children aged PreK through 2nd grade and their favorite adult.
Time: 9:30-10:30 AM

Price: Members: Free; must still register as child/adult pairs plus additional participants

Non-members: $20 per child/adult pair. $5 for any additional participants (price includes Zoo admission for the day)

Children under 2 are free. Registration for this program reserves you a timed ticket for our 10:00 AM admission block.

HOW WE PLAN TO KEEP YOU SAFE: While all our nature play activities are intended to allow for social distancing and minimal touching of program supplies, you may come within 6 feet of other guests or staff. Therefore, masks will be required for guests over the age of 10 and highly suggested for guests over the age of 2. Any program supplies will be UV and/or alcohol sanitized before and after each program. Hand sanitizer will also be available for use.
